  • Please ensure you use your legal title, forename and surname as recorded on your birth certificate.
  • Next of Kin details – if you are under 18 and listing a parent or carer, consent will be required.
  • Registered UK mobile number
  • A current personal email address – please do not use your school or college email address.

If you are completing your enrolment, you will also need:
  • Your National Insurance (NI) Number
  • Evidence of fee remission eligibility – required if you are aged 19 or over and claiming fee remission this could be evidence of income (wage slips) or Universal Credit Statements.
  • Form of identification, for example, passport, driving licence, ID card or other form of national identification

For Apprenticeships:
An Apprenticeship cannot be applied for or commenced without first securing a suitable position with an employer. Employment is a fundamental requirement, as apprenticeships are structured as work-based learning programs that combine practical job experience with formal training and therefore the right job role and duties performed is essential.
